For frequently required records or records that might be needed urgently our local storage service is recommended. Clients request their boxes or files for delivery by 4pm for next working day delivery. This is our premier service.
For records required less frequently we recommend our deep storage service. Clients request their boxes or files in the usual way and they will be delivered within 48 hours (2 working days) of the initial request. This is our most popular and cost effective service.
Many clients take advantage of both services thus enabling them to keep their storage charges to a minimum.
Our barcode and box tracking technology allows us to manage your storage boxes and files from the time you request them right through to their safe return to our warehouse. Many clients require a dedicated records management service which we are happy to provide and this will include customised reports showing the accounts activity during the current month.
